Where are VAER watches assembled?
We take pride in our diverse assembly partners. Our premium collections are hand-assembled in the United States or Switzerland, while our entry-level models utilize high-quality components assembled in state-of-the-art facilities in Asia.
Are your watches waterproof for diving?
Yes, all Vaer watches are designed for active use. Most of our models feature a minimum water resistance of 10ATM (100 meters) with screw-down crowns, making them perfectly safe for swimming, surfing, and diving.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Vaer watch comes with a guaranteed 2-year limited warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or mechanical failures under normal use conditions from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days via our carbon-neutral shipping partners.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, you can return it in its original, unworn condition for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer different strap options?
Absolutely. Our watches feature standard lug widths, and most orders include two interchangeable straps—typically one premium stainless steel or leather option and one durable silicone or nylon strap for outdoor use.
