We want you to be fully satisfied with your Vaer timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn watches in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect watch for your daily adventures with complete peace of mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch and all original accessories, manuals, and protective films back into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
